GoLetsGo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to all content, messages, profiles and behaviour anywhere in the app.
Age requirement
GoLetsGo is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. Any account we discover or that is reported to us as belonging to a minor is removed.
What we prohibit
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, in any form (images, text, links, or other material).
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to arrange contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.
- Sharing, requesting, or directing others to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on or off the platform.
How to report a concern
You can report a user, a profile, a photo, or a specific message directly from inside the app — look for the "Report" option on a chat, profile, or photo. Reports go to our moderation team and are not visible to the person you're reporting.
You can also email us directly at contact@goletsgo.app if you'd rather not use the in-app report flow, or if you're reporting something you saw outside the app that involves a GoLetsGo account.
What happens after a report
- Reported photos are automatically scanned using Google Cloud Vision's SafeSearch to detect explicit or exploitative imagery.
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, who can remove content and suspend or permanently ban the account involved.
- Where required by applicable law, we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant national authorities (for example, reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, in the United States, or the equivalent authority in your country).
