GoLetsGo — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a GoLetsGo subscription and how refunds work. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues any refunds on our behalf.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription (the user subscription or the venue "Partner" subscription) at any time:

After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it won't renew. You won't be charged again.

Deleting your account: when you delete your account, an active subscription is automatically set to end at the close of the current billing period — it stays active until then and will not renew. If you restore your account within the 30-day recovery period, the subscription continues as before.

14-day refund on your first purchase

If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for:

You don't need to give a reason. When a refund is issued, the related paid feature ends (for branches: the purchased branch slots are removed).

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable — you can cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid being charged. If a renewal charged you by mistake, or you forgot to cancel and haven't used the paid features since the renewal, write to us within 14 days of the renewal and we may refund it at our discretion.

This does not affect any refund rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.

How to request a refund

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time until the money appears on your account depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 5–10 business days.

Free trial

The free 24-hour trial unlocked by watching an ad in the Android app involves no payment, so there's nothing to refund or cancel.
