GoLetsGo — Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoLetsGo — the Android app and the website at goletsgo.app (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

GoLetsGo is operated by Anatolii Tereshchenko, a private individual, Artvini Street 40, 4a, 0102 Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@goletsgo.app, or the "Report a bug or suggestion" form in the app. See also our Legal notice.

2. Who can use GoLetsGo

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can enter into a binding agreement.

3. What GoLetsGo is

GoLetsGo helps people find company for everyday activities — cafés and bars, walks, board games, sport, museums, events and more. You can post a meetup on the map, respond to other people's meetups and chat. Venues (business accounts) can publish their own events and discounts. GoLetsGo is not a dating service — people join activities based on shared interests, not romantic matchmaking.

You can look around anonymously. To create meetups, respond, chat or add friends you need a permanent account (email with a verified address, or Google). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

4. Meeting people safely

GoLetsGo connects people who don't know each other yet. We do not verify the identity, age or background of users or venues, and we are not a party to any meeting or arrangement between users. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you're going, and use your own judgement.

The "Partner" badge on a venue means that the venue has a paid "Partner" subscription. It is not an identity check, a safety verification or an endorsement of the venue by us.

5. Intellectual property

The service — including its software, design, texts, graphics, the GoLetsGo name and logo, databases and underlying technology — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app and the website for your personal use — and, if you run a venue account, to promote your business as described in these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent out, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service, except where the law expressly allows it.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — your profile, photos, meetups, events, discounts and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, adapt (for example, resize or compress photos) and transmit that content only as needed to operate, improve and provide the service (for example, showing your meetup on the map or delivering your message). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users already received (such as messages in their chats) and copies we must keep by law.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you own it or have all the rights needed to post it without infringing anyone else's rights.

7. Community rules

You must not use the service to:

8. Reports, moderation and blocking

You can block or report users, venues and photos directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law. Reported photos may be checked with automated image analysis. If your account is suspended, you can appeal the decision from the app.

9. Venues (business accounts)

If you register a venue, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it and that its details (name, address, branches) are accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for the events and discounts you publish and for honouring them as described. Branch locations must be real places where your business operates.

10. Paid features and payments

The core service is free. Optional paid features are:

Current prices are listed on our Pricing page and shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases — your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Paddle handles payment details, taxes (such as VAT), invoices and refunds. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A free 24-hour trial of the user subscription can be unlocked in the Android app by watching an ad. It requires no payment details, creates no ongoing obligation and doesn't renew.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party services, including maps and address search (Google Maps Platform), cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase and Google Cloud), payments (Paddle) and advertising in the free Android app (Google AdMob). Your use of these features is also subject to the providers' own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of third-party services, although we'll do our best to keep the service working if one of them changes.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See how to delete your account for details.

Paid subscriptions: when you delete your account, an active subscription is automatically set to end at the close of the current billing period — it stays active until then and will not renew. If you restore your account within the 30-day recovery period, the subscription continues as before. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep GoLetsGo available, reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you are subscribed to, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

14. Liability and your responsibility

Our liability. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or venues, online or offline, or for meetings, events, discounts or other arrangements made through the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for, and will compensate us for, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal costs) that we incur because of claims by third parties or authorities resulting from your culpable breach of these Terms, of the law or of someone else's rights — for example, if you post photos you have no rights to or run an unlawful promotion.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.

Before going to court, please contact us at contact@goletsgo.app — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

16. General provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes — in particular any change that affects paid features or prices — we'll let you know in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, so you have time to cancel a subscription if you don't agree. Minor changes (for example, clarifications or changes required by law) may take effect immediately. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
